Unexplained: Adorable picture of young male, approximately 5 months of age, 18 lbs, 26 inches on Mother's Iphone. Time and Date of photograph unknown. Furthermore, photographer unknown.
Forensic Report: Picture immediately following on Mother's phone contained snapshot of alleged suspect. In fact, the next 22 pictures were similar in nature.
Motive: Intrigued 2 year old mind over-active and unsupervised.
Sentence: 12 months of mandatory supervision while using technology based product with the ability to take pictures.
